Production process
Inquiries and meetings
First, please tell us the details of the lure you want (lure type, shape, weight, lure target). We will propose an appropriate lure design based on your request.
3D Design
We propose optimal designs based on customer requests. Complex designs such as center of gravity movement and through-wires are also possible. We use Fusion360 and Rhinoceros 3D design software.
Lure Test
Once the design is finalized, we carve out a prototype and check the casting distance and action. If we find any areas that need improvement, we modify the 3D lure data again and create a new prototype.
